Pathway to PROGRESS

Nelson Mandela once quoted “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world’. He was indeed right. Education gives hope. It is the key to success. It is something which stays with you for your entire lifetime. Once an Indian philosopher said that education is an investment in human capital and it can greatly impact a nation’s growth and development.

Education paves way for a good career. It provides us with an in-depth knowledge about a particular field and opens doors for excellent career and employment opportunities. Education is like the first step to success. Be it any sector or field good education is always rewarded. A person without education is like a building without foundation. It completes a person. A person gains knowledge from education. Education gives knowledge about everything that happens around the globe, from the tiniest news to a big event. Education is not just about textbook knowledge but also the lessons life teaches us. Education makes it easier to form individual opinions and makes one capable of interpreting things and applying all of it to real life scenarios. Moreover, good education makes us more human. It teaches us good morals and right behaviour. It civilizes even the rawest beings. It is indispensible to a person’s growth, personally and professionally. It imbibes in us morally right principles. Education provides a ray of hope. It clears our mind of all the wrong beliefs and erases confusion. It gives us the courage to stand up for ourselves. People cannot deceive you if you are educated. Not only for an individual’s growth, education impacts a nation’s growth and educated people are an asset for the country. A nation can do well in the present and also in the future if it is in the hands of educated people. It is crucial for the development of the society and the individual and also for economic growth.
